Patricia Diaz De Leon

Patricia is a Nationally Board Certified Physician Assistant, originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002 from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. She then received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2008 from the University of New England in Portland, Maine. She has over 12 years experience in pediatrics, primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, industrial medicine, and has a great passion for preventative and chronic care. She has been a resident of the SchertzCibolo area for over 5 years now and is excited to return to the Hillside Primary Care team and our patients.
In her free time, she thoroughly enjoys time with friends and family especially with her husband and two active children.
