Babbette Murphy

Babbette has dedicated more than 30 years to healthcare, beginning as a medical assistant and EMTparamedic before building a diverse career in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, functional medicine, and long-term care.

She holds degrees in biochemistry and nursing, along with advanced certification as a nurse practitioner. Her extensive training included critical care, trauma, and emergency medicine at leading institutions such as Stanford University Medical Center, UCSF Medical Center, and San Francisco General Hospital.

Babbette has served in executive leadership roles, opened multiple medical facilities, and developed trauma and critical care training programs for nurses and NPs. Ultimately, she returned to her passiondirect patient care.

After moving to Southern Oregon to be closer to family, Babbette transitioned from corporate healthcare to a more personal approach, focusing on patient-centered, holistic wellness. She is excited to bring her experience and compassion to EmpowHer Health Collaborative, helping patients achieve their goals for health, wellbeing, and longevity.
