Elise Guzme

Elise Guzme, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and practiced in the intensive care unit for over eight years. She then went on to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2024. Dr. Guzme brings a strong foundation in clinical expertise and a commitment to evidence-based practice to her current role as a family nurse practitioner, where she provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan.

She was born in Houston, Texas, and later relocated to San Antonio, which she now considers her home. She holds strong family values and cultivates a life centered around love, respect, and family. She consistently demonstrates empathy by taking time to understand what her patients are going through, offering not only excellent clinical care but also emotional reassurance and human connection.
