Lorinda Mainetti earned her Masters in Social Work and Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany. Lorinda has a background in mental healthmood disorders, domestic violence, sexual disorders, behavioral disorders, and addiction. Lorinda specializes in working with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger, substance use disorder, interpersonal relationships, change of life stages, griefloss, and other conditions. She has worked with individuals, families, and couples. Lorinda utilizes techniques and skills from Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing among many other modalities. She is a person-centered, strength-based, empathetic, culturally competent, and trauma informed clinician who meets clients where they are at to work towards their identified goals. Lorinda has worked with a variety of clients including convicted felons, mandated individuals, cognitively impaired, and those within the LGBTQ community.
