Vanessa Peralez is a former Operating Room OR nurse with a strong background in spine and orthopedic surgery, where she spent 15 years assisting in complex procedures such as spinal fusions, minimally-invasive spine surgeries, and joint replacements. Her hands-on experience in the OR sharpened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Driven by a passion for comprehensive patient care, she advanced her career to become a Family Nurse Practitioner FNP. Today, she combines her surgical expertise with a holistic, patient-centered approach in primary care, managing chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and supporting patients across the lifespan with compassion and clinical excellence.
