Alexandra Fiser is a family nurse practitioner with specialization in pediatrics. She earned her nursing degree at UTHealth and her masters degree at the University of Cincinnati. She is certified and practices under the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Alexandra started her nursing career in 2012 at St. Joseph Medical Center downtown and Memorial Hermann in the Texas medical Center where she worked as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse.
Alexandra loves educating her patients about chronic conditions and showing her patients how easy it is to empower themselves and become a contributor to their own health and wellness. Alexandra believes in taking her patients cultural view of the world and using it in the healing process; she believes that is when each patient is able to experience an individualized treatment plan.
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico Alexandra has been in Houston for the last seven years and considers it home- she lives downtown with her husband and her two dogs. You can almost always find her bike riding, participating in hot yoga, and traveling during her time away from the office.
