Christen Fouts, FNP

Christen Fouts is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Phoenix specializing in family medicine. She is also a certified pediatric nurse where she has 12 years pediatric experience at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Christen has experience with adults and children in family medicine, oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplant, NICU, dialysis, kidney transplant, and apheresis. She is an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, pottery, yoga, and exploring the outdoors.
