I think that our lifestyle is the foundation of our health what we eat, how we move, our sleep, how we process stress. When we stick as close as possible to how our ancestors have done these things, I believe we lower inflammatory responses and attain better health. I see my job as fine tuning those lifestyle choices for the individual.
My passion is for real food and helping people treat their conditions primarily through diet. I am excited to work with patients who are ready to do the hard work of making changes in their life to attain the best health possible. I love food from the ground up gardening, making cheese from the milk of my goats, cooking, sharing food with friends. I also like to hike and bike in our beautiful North West environment.
