*NEW PATIENTS - Our practice can only accept few new patients at this time, with priority given to pregnant women, referrals from selected physicians and emergencies.*
**AFTER-HOUR VISITS - Regular office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. As a special consideration to our patients, after-hours appointments and Saturday’s office visits are available for an additional charge of $40 per visit. Please note that insurances only reimburse after-hours or weekend additional charges when treating a patient's urgent illness or condition that would otherwise require costlier urgent care or emergency room treatment. Therefore, our office will not bill insurances for after-hours or weekend charges and patients will be responsible for the $40 fee.**
***CANCELLATION POLICY - We do not overbook out of respect for patients' time, and expect the same in return. Kindly provide 1 business day notice otherwise a fee will apply: $80 for new patients, $40 for follow-ups. A credit card will be required when called to confirm your first appointment. And please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we will do our best to fit you in, but this may require a long wait, a shorter visit or may not be possible and you will have to be rescheduled (if so, the rescheduling fee applies).***
