Maxine Campbell-Flint, Ph.D., has been in private practice for over fifteen years working with mental health services with the State of Louisiana. She became licensed in 1997 in clinical psychology. Dr. Campbell-Flint has completed studies and certification to become a prescribing Medical Psychologist.
Dr. Campbell-Flint owns and operates a mental health clinic, JMJ Psychological Services, providing mental health services to children, adolescents and families.
Since her time in private practice, she has shared in some of the frustrations many of her clients have encountered not being able to locate the appropriate services to meet their needs. Even before hurricane Katrina mental health services were lacking and now mental health services are strained to their limits. Dr. Campbell-Flint works toward providing needed mental health services to those in need. JMJ strives to provide evidence basedcomprehensive services that will assist clients in making positive changes in their lives.
JMJ Psychological Services also provides staff development and training to government and private agencies.
