Teresa Triantafilu graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and earned a Master's of Science in Nursing degree in 2017. Her family relocated from Florida to middle Tennessee in 2007 where she completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Middle Tennessee State University as well.
Growing up in Oklahoma, Teresa took an early interest in healthcare and was inspired by her own childhood medical doctor and a few medical television shows at an early age. It was then she decided she wanted to pursue a career in Nursing. Teresa feels blessed to be in a profession where she can make a difference in peoples lives everyday, helping and teaching people how to access their own healing potential without the chronic use of opioids.
Outside the office, Teresa loves to bike, walk, swim and keep up with gardening. She is well known in the community for her expertise in treating orthopedics, Teresa has worked with patient's in the family practice, general medicine setting and orthopedics including regenerative medicine.
In recent years since becoming a nurse practitioner, Teresa has devoted time to specializing in functional and regenerative medicine completing prestigious certifications and Integrative Wellness certifications so that she can expertly help all people young, old, big, and small in meeting their wellness needs without surgical intervention.
