I am a nationally American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC recognized Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP. I believe in treating the whole person and not solely the immediate crisis. I educate others to embrace the importance of mental health and to understand it to be as critical as physical health. Everyone is capable of a fulfilling life, regardless of their situation, choices, or past. Quality mental health care should be accessible. Our clients appreciate our various evidenced-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT. I specialize in Cognitive and Dialectal Behavior Therapy treatment methods CBT and DBT.
I provide treatment for medication management, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic attacks, addictionsubstance abuse.
First session is an initial evaluation which includes development of a treatment plan. Subsequent sessions include medication management and ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness. We provide virtual and in-person treatment sessions.
