Amberly D. Smith, C.R.N.P.

Meet the owner and board certified nurse practitioner of OHC, Amberly Smith. She is married and has three beautiful children. She is a Shoals native. She graduated in 2013 with her Associates in Nursing from Calhoun Community College. She graduated in 2014 with her Bachelor's in Nursing from UNA. She then graduated in 2019 with her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner from Troy University.

She has a unique combination of over 10 years of experience and a passion for helping her patients become the optimal version of themselves: mentally, physically, and spiritually. When she isn't at work, she enjoys running, listening to crime podcasts, lifting weights, and spending quality time with her family.
