Born to a family that can trace several generations in Colorado I consider myself fortunate to have been able to spend my training and career in a place that has deep and personal roots Beginning in training I saw the most dramatic improvements in outcome come about when a detailoriented approach was married with anticipation and longerterm perspective

To be sure the metrics used to define success and quality we need to meet though I believe that my commitment to my patients and their careand our expectations of each otherwill define our success I take great satisfaction in taking ownership of my patients conditions and outcomes providing them with the level of support and attention that they merit

Beyond trying to do things correctly it is of the utmost importance to me personally and professionally that our entire team myself included will do everything we can to take care of our patients in the right way

In other words well keep national quality benchmarks and standards in mind but our members will be treated as individuals
