Ann Craddock, MSN, APRN, WHNP-C, FNP-C

Ann's journey in medicine began in the early 1990s as a volunteer at Planned
Parenthood in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was there that she discovered her
lifelong passion in womens health care and advocacy-a spark that has defined her
career spanning three decades.
Ann completed her RN training and licensing while working in womens health first in the
Bay Area before relocating to Maui in 2001. She continued her education receiving her
graduate level Womens Health Nurse Practitioner Certification WHNP-C and began
practicing as an APRN in 2004. For the next ten years, she focused on providing high-
quality clinical care while advancing in the nuances of reproductive medicine. She
received comprehensive colposcopy training aligned with ASCCP standards, as well as
gaining proficiency in IUD management, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, pessary care,
and other essential gynecological interventions.
Ann received her MSN in 2014 with a specialization in Family Practice from Saint
Josephs College of Maine becoming dual certified as a WHNP-C and FNP-C. For over
a decade, she has enjoyed providing primary care services in upcountry Maui where
she built lasting bonds and gained invaluable insight into the diverse health care needs
within the Maui community.
Ann is thrilled to be returning to practicing in womens health at Wahine Health in
Wailea. While providing essential gynecological services such as well-woman exams,
and contraceptive care, she is actively expanding her focus on menopausal services.
Her goal is to provide tailored, evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs of
women navigating the menopausal transition.
When she is not working, she enjoys bird watching, long board surfing with her
husband, and walking with her two poi dogs entering their golden years.
