Ashley Bockmon

Ashley Bockmon, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. She has extensive experience managing both acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, asthma, and womens health concerns.

Ashley is passionate about preventive care and helping patients take an active role in their health through education, lifestyle support, and personalized treatment plans. She strives to build strong relationships with her patients and focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Ashley completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing and has been serving patients in East Texas since 2015.
