Autumn Mercer

Autumn is an Oregon native, born in Medford she started her nursing career in 2003.

Autumn graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Marysville University, St. Louis, Phi Beta Kappa. In addition to working in several Oregon hospitals, Autumn has developed local home care, hospice care, and home health care to allow local seniors to age in place.  She has developed a team of professionals to focus on preventative care, behavioral health medication management, longevity, and aesthetics.

Autumn is dual certified as an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner and neuropsychology certified training.

She has been providing exceptional care and is certified in aesthetic medicine including dermal fillers and paralytics such as Botox and Dysport.
