Dr Stepanian has been in private practice since 1993 He was the Chief of Podiatry at New York Westchester Square Hospital until its close 3222013 Dr Stepanian has been Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery since 1995 and recertified in 2014 He has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery since 1995 In 2003 Dr Stepanian also became Board Certified in Pedorthics

Dr Stepanian was trained in the Bronx at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center where in his second year he was appointed as the Chief resident He has trained over 75 residents Dr Stepanian specializes in reconstructive foot surgery

Dr Stepanian graduated surgical residency in 1993 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals He did his doctoral work at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated in 1991 Undergraduate study was done at Hofstra University in Long Island

Dr Stepanian has always believed in giving back to the community He was the former President of the Bayside United Soccer Club in Queens 1994 2009 He enjoys fishing boating skiing and spending time with his family
