Bruce McLucas, MD

Bruce McLucas MD is a board certified gynecologist based in Beverly Hills, CA. He graduated from Yale Medical School and completed his residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he also served as Chief Resident. He currently is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

In 1994, Dr. McLucas pioneered the first successful Uterine Artery Embolization UAE procedure in the United States. Since then, he has successfully performed UAE on thousands of patients worldwide. Uterine Artery Embolization is a noninvasive, endovascular procedure effectively treating symptomatic fibroids. He is one of the few gynecologists in the world with the expertise to perform UAE. Dr. McLucas also trains physicians throughout the world to successfully perform UAE. He has also published and spoken at worldwide meetings examining the effects of embolization.

Dr. McLucas founded the Fibroid Treatment Collective to offer women a minimally invasive alternative to major surgery for fibroids such as hysterectomy and myomectomy.

Dr. McLucas only sees patients with uterine fibroids at his clinic.
