When scheduling specify in reason for visit if you are requesting a TELEHEALTH or an IN-PERSON visit.

New Patient Appointments are 90 minutes long: This appointment includes full history, evaluation, physical exam, diagnosis, and recommendations including lab tests that are best for evaluating root causes further.

----Once appointment is confirmed, you will be sent an email with forms that should be completed prior to this visit.

Follow-up Appointments are typically 45-60 minutes long.
