David J. Petersen, D.P.M.

Dr. David Petersen was raised in Westminster, California where he graduated from La Quinta High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Brigham Young University. Dr. Petersen earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 1998 from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. He completed his residency training in podiatric medicine and foot surgery at the University of Southern CaliforniaL.A. County Hospital. He followed this with a 2 year fellowship in Advanced Foot Ankle Surgery in Irvine, California.

Dr. Petersen has practiced in Orange County since 1998 and is currently associated with the American, California, and Orange County Chapters of Podiatric Medical Associations. He is an Eagle Scout and loves playing basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball. He also enjoys playing the piano and organ. He and his wife have four children.
