Diana Gonzales-Ricard

Diana Gonzales-Ricard is a licensed clinical social worker in New York and Connecticut. A graduate of Fordham Universitys Master of Social Work program 2003, she has worked with diverse populations across the lifespanfrom early intervention to geriatricshelping individuals navigate challenges and achieve meaningful change.

Specializing in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD, and trauma-informed care, she integrates a Rogerian approach, fostering a warm, non-hierarchical and collaborative therapeutic environment. She draws from multiple modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention ERP, tailoring treatment to each clients unique needs. As a certified hypnotherapist, she also offers tools for deep relaxation and subconscious transformation, empowering clients to move beyond feeling stuck. She is also an active member of the International OCD Foundation.

Diana is based at Clearwaves Valhalla location seeing patients both through in-person and telehealth appointments.
