Elizabeth Burkholder

Dr. Liz Burkholder is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and holds a PhD in Mind Body Medicine.

She has a passion for helping individuals heal at the root of emotional suffering.

She provides integrative medication management along with trauma-informed somatic and mind-body therapy that integrates hypnotherapy, breathwork, inner child healing, emotional healing, and nervous system healing.

Dr. Burkholder believes lasting healing occurs by addressing both symptoms and underlying causes, empowering patients to move toward greater resilience, emotional well-being, and a more authentic, fulfilling life.
