About

I obtained my medical degree at University of Santo Tomas in 1979. I completed my psychiatry residency training at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1994. I completed my forensic psychiatry training at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver Colorado in 1995.
