I initially began working in the field of substance abuse treatment professionally back in 1994 when I received my CADC Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I then graduated from Idaho State University in 1May of 1996 and received my LSW in Idaho August 22 1996 License in Social Work In May of 2001 I graduated from Idaho State University with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and received my LPC in Idaho Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho March 7 2002 On September 28 2004 I received my LCPC in Idaho Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor I have worked in Emergency Room Settings Hospital Settings Psychiatric Hospital Settings Partial Hospitalization Settings and Outpatient Settings Most of my experience is in outpatient mental health and substance abuse settings with performing crisis evaluations in a hospital setting for 12 years
