Licensed as a Physician and Surgeon to Practice Medicine in the State of Louisiana from 1981 to 2019. Licensed as a Physician and Surgeon to Practice Medicine in the State of California from 2004 to present. I am a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Southern California Psychiatric Society.
