Jane Montgomery

HI! I have worked in many areas or social services and therapy through my career, acute hospital,settings; adult and adolescent, schools, home based programs, administration and community mental health programs all throughout our county. Through these exposures I have a strong awareness of both the barriers as well as the offerings that are available to clients as they navigate management of their mental health. I look forward to helping you identify and plan for your needs, learn skills to approach differently and to feel more empowered to navigate all of lifes changes. I use an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor each session to meet your needs and preferences.
