Hello and welcome. I'm glad you're here.

My name is Janet Dominguez, and I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner FNP with a deep commitment to treating the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I've been practicing as an FNP since 2015, and over the years, I've had the privilege of caring for patients across the lifespan. For the past five and a half years, my work has focused heavily on mental health, blending primary care and psychiatry to support patients in a more complete, compassionate way.

In my practice, I believe that physical and mental health are deeply interconnected. Whether you're managing chronic medical conditions, navigating life changes, or dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other psychiatric concerns, I'm here to offer evidence-based care that respects your unique needs and story. My goal is to create a safe space where we can explore your health together whether that means preventive care, diagnosis and treatment, or ongoing support for both physical and emotional wellness.

You are more than a set of symptoms or diagnoses. You're a whole person and you deserve care that treats you as such.

Logistics for appointments - please know that most appointment requests will be adjusted slightly to best fit the schedule. Also all appointments are virtual unless you state in the reason for appointment that you need an in person home visit. The office listed on this page and in your reminder texts is a virtual office. Please do not go there. Weekend hours are for urgent care needs. Please let us know if you have questions.
