Jeannette Aldana, APRN-FP

Jeannette graduated from Nova Southeastern University with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and she is passionate about managing chronic diseases, emphasizing prevention and wellness. She has over 23 years of experience in a wide range of diagnoses, ranging from cardiac care, diabetes, COPD, emergency, and critical care. She enjoys working with the entire healthcare team to provide each patient with the best possible medical care. She believes everyone deserves to attain the best health and wellness potential. Jeannette was born in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to South Florida thirty years ago. One of her passions is volunteering to improve health in remote areas nationally and internationally.
