I am a Nurse Practitioner with training in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine. My background with my BSN includes hospice, ICU and trauma care. Beyond my medical education, I have a degree in zoology and animal biology.

For the last decade I have specialized in connective tissue diseases, the autonomic nervous system and mast cell diseases. I diagnose hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I screen for dysautonomias such as POTS postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or gastroparesis. I also screen for mast cell diseases.

If you live out of state I do offer advocacy consults without a provider patient relationship. You will need a physician in your state who is open to education.

Some advocacy work I do beyond helping with diagnoses or therapeutics includes helping with health insurance denial appeals or peer to peer reviews. I can also be of benefit in some circumstances where you have medico-legal questions or concerns.
