Jesusita Tafoya

Jesusita Tafoya DNP, AGACNP-BC, FNP-BC
Jesusita Tafoya is a board-certified doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner who was born and raised on the east side of Pueblo. Jesusita graduated from the University of Northern Colorado-Greeley in 2023 with her Doctor of Nursing Practice. In 2017 she graduated from the Colorado State University-Pueblo with a Master of Science Major in Nursing with an emphasis in Adult gerontology acute care and family. Her passion is to provide primary care for her community. Over the last 7 years that she has been in practice, she has honed her skills and implemented her core values of care and compassion into her practice. She provides preventative care and establishes close connections with her patients to embark on their health journey.
