Originally from Joliet Il he grew up in a house with three generations of Italians Dr Joe graduated from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard Il in 1972 Upon arriving in Washington and finding more restrictive laws for Chiropractors he determined to further his education In 1973 Dr Joe went on to study directly under John Bastyr Acclaimed Naturopathic Physician touted as the greatest natural healer in the world at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine The Dumovic Clinic was established in 1973
