Sage Psychiatry, LLC is a psychiatric medication management and therapy practice in Colorado. I offer onsite services in Colorado Springs and telehealth services throughout Colorado. As a dual certified FNP and PMHNP, my approach is on body, mind and spirit. We will work together to help you get un stuck from patterns of coping that are no longer serving you. I have a trauma informed approach. We will work together in collaborative approach, so your active engagement is imperative to optimize your mental health and wellbeing.

Together we will work to find the least invasive treatment approach to guide you on your path of healing and self-discovery. You'll learn to build on your strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and break self-defeating patterns.

Physical health, nutrition, good sleep hygiene, exercise and social and spiritual supports are all essential to mental wellness. Healing is not about just prescribing medication.

Appointments are initially 60-minute initial evaluation visit. Medication support is provided during 30-60 minute follow-up appointments that include therapy and vary in length and frequency based on need. During that time, medication may be added, reduced, or removed in the context of psychotherapy, lifestyle changes or other therapeutic modalities.

I also practice Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for appropriate clients. These sessions are 3 hours in length. KAP is not covered by most insurance plans and will incur and out of pocket cost in most cases.
