Keith E. Sadel, Medical Doctor

Years before attending medical school, Keith Sadel learned the true value of listening. For several years, he worked at his fathers hardware store. Customers came to the store with questions about everything from plumbing to basic home hardware. Keith listened, and he knew how to help them.


As a physician, he applies these valuable experiences from the hardware store to medicine. Going the extra mile and providing innovative, compassionate care to his patients makes a true impact on their medical outcomes. Over time, Dr. Sadel has recognized insurance and regulatory constraints result in more paperwork and less time with patients. He created Preservation Health in Southampton, Pennsylvania to protect and preserve the doctor-patient relationship, the core of his medical philosophy.


Dr. Sadel is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, and served as Chief Resident at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the International Society of Travel Medicine. In 2013, Castle Connolly Top Doctors named Dr. Sadel a top doctor in the field of adult medicine.
