Kellie Wasson

Kellie Wasson is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in achieving optimal mental health. She received her Master of Science in Nursing MSN from the PMHNP program at Maryville University in St. Louis, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN from Goldfarb School of Nursing in St. Louis. Throughout her nursing career, she worked in a variety of psychiatric inpatient settings, traveling between hospitals in the St. Louis area. These diverse settings have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by patients and their families, which drives her commitment to providing empathetic, personalized care. Her primary focus is on building a therapeutic relationship where patients feel heard, understood, and respected. She believes that feeling comfortable and valued is crucial in the therapeutic process and is committed to creating an environment where all parts of you are acknowledged and supported.
