Kelly Osborne

My name is Kelly Osborne sheherhers and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, EMDR trained, and am working towards certification through EMDR Consulting. I received my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University and have worked within various mental health settings over the past decade. Including crisis hospitals, community mental health settings, and victim advocacy services. My population history includes working closely with adults and adolescent survivors of complex traumas including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and personality disorders.

My treatment modalities include trauma healing and recovery approaches such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, DBT interventions, and psychodynamic approaches. My goal is for us to work together to foster a safe space that facilitates trust, growth, and ultimately healing through your strengths and abilities.
