Leandra Finney, ACNP

My name is Leandra Finney. I have been in the medical field most of my adult life in and around the Roswell area. I became a registered nurse with an ADN in 2005 at Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell. I then earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales in 2007. I was next accepted at University of New Mexico for my Master of Science in Nursing and graduated in August 2010 and passed the American Nursing Credentialing Center Board Certification for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in November 2010.
I was a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center for five years, during which time I was the first nurse to become CCRN certified in my hospital. I was a flight nurse on both fixed wing and helicopter for the next three years. I have been an adjunct nursing instructor at ENMU-R. I have also worked as hospitalist in Carlsbad

We are a primary care provider for adult internal medicine. At the current time, I am not licensed for children.

We currently offer the following services:
Adult primary care
EKGs
Basic spirometry
DOTCDL physicals
We are CLIA certified, enabling us to do the following lab studies in our facility:
Urine drug screening
Urinalysis
Lipid panel
Hemoglobin A1C testing
Strep test
ALTASTs

For any other lab studies necessary, we usually have results by the following day.
