Maggie Ankeny

Maggie Ankeny is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. She earned her Master's Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Her clinical experience expands from the East Coast, serving as a registered nurse to underserved clients at John Hopkins Hospital to the West Coast, working with adolescents and adults with mental health needs.

Maggie evaluates and treats mental health disorders specializing in medication management along with psychotherapy. She provides a holistic approach to care and incorporates lifestyle changes exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management to help empower individuals towards positive change.

Maggie maintains the deep seeded belief that clients must have a key role in their treatment planning and works with individuals to create specific goals towards healing and stabilization. She utilizes evidence based practice to incorporate the current best evidence into clinical decision-making.
