Reaching out for help can be either the most normal thing you have ever done or it may feel uncomfortable, or even scary. I am hear to walk with you as you embark on a journey in what might be the most challenging time in your life. One of my goals is to offer hope and encouragement as we work together to cultivate a collaborative therapeutic relationship that promotes growth and healing.

I completed my undergraduate and masters degree at Tennessee Technological University studying psychology and clinical mental health counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Tennessee and have been working in the field of mental health for over 5 years. I have experience working with a wide array of issues such as: trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, work-life balance issues, substance use, and couples counseling. I practice an integrative and evidence-based approach to therapy that includes solution-focused, humanistic approach, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapy. I am also Level 1 Gottman certified, and I use this training in couples counseling. No one knows what you have experienced more than you so I want you to teach me what your lived experience looks like so that we can most accurately begin addressing changes you want to make in your life.
