A trained urologist who found a true calling in primary care. Working to improve the health of Jackson, Michigan, since 1996 as the founder and managing partner of Mid-Michigan Health Center.

Special interest in the medical management of urologic diseases with articles appearing in Urology, Journal of Urology, BJU International, International Journal of Clinical Practice, and other peer-reviewed journals. Research into Painful Bladder Syndrome led to two of the largest epidemiological studies in North America.

Previously served as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Henry Ford Allegiance Health.
