Memphis Sandoval, PMHNP-BC

Memphis Sandoval, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as geriatric and perinatal populations. Memphis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago in 2015. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University in 2020.

Memphis is committed to empowering her patients through education and helping them develop insight into their mental health. She fosters provider-client relationships built on trust to support her patients long-term wellness. Her diverse clinical background equips her to approach each patient with empathy, insight, and a deep respect for individualized treatment.

Grounded by her own humble beginnings, she takes pride in her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life. Her warm and inclusive approach allows her to meet patients where they are, creating a safe space for healing, growth, and transformation.
