With over 14 years of experience caring for women and 8 years as a nurse practitioner, Meredith brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care at Lotus Center of Health. She began her career as a cardiac nurse before transitioning to labor and delivery at NHRMC, where her passion for womens health flourished. As a nurse, she had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Gorea connection that inspired her to continue her education and pursue advanced practice nursing.

Meredith earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing 2009 and Master of Science in Nursing 2016 from UNC Wilmington. She became board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Before joining the Lotus Center of Health team, she worked at Glen Meade, further deepening her expertise in womens health.

Her approach to care is built on respect and trust. She recognizes the honor of supporting women through such an intimate part of their lives. She is dedicated to addressing the whole person, exploring preventative care, mental and emotional well-being, and getting to the root cause of health issues.
