Merly Costa is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP with a holistic, compassionate approach to mental health care. Originally from an island in southern Brazil, she integrates her appreciation for nature, simplicity, and emotional balance into her clinical work. Merly provides both psychotherapy and medication management, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, work-related stress, and relationship challenges.
