I am a board-certified psychiatrist in both Addiction Psychiatry and General Psychiatry Neurology, dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care that honors the mind, body, and spirit. My clinical approach blends evidence-based medicine with a deep respect for each individual's unique story and cultural background.
With extensive experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, I treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. I work with individuals of all ages and specialize in long-term healing of chronic mental illness.
Rooted in psychopharmacology, my care also integrates motivational interviewing, mind-body awareness, and lifestyle interventions to foster resilience and well-being. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a nonjudgmental, empowering space where healing can begin.
