About
Dr. Phelps is a Portland native, growing up a few minutes from the Bridgeport Family Medicine office. He attended medical school at OHSU in Portland and completed his family medicine residency at Peacehealth Southwest in Vancouver, Washington, where he served as Chief Resident. He and his wife Mary, along with their newborn daughter Cora, currently live in SE Portland.
