Michelle Falco, FNP-C
Michelle Falco is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and delivering individualized, high-quality care. She began her nursing journey at Fayetteville Technical Community College in Fayetteville, NC, graduating in 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fayetteville State University in 2016, and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of West Florida in 2022.

Currently, Michelle is advancing her expertise as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP student at Hawaii Pacific University, with an expected graduation in 2026. She is licensed to practice in both Florida and North Carolina.

Michelle is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the unique physical and mental health needs of each individual. Launching Bayside Health and Wellness in 2024, she began offering affordable primary care to underserved populations. She has now partnered with A Safe Haven Wellness of NC to expand access to mental health and life coaching services, helping patients receive the support they need to thrive.
