Molly Carroll is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner PMHNP-BC devoted to creating a safe, compassionate and collaborative space for individuals seeking mental health support. Molly has held her nursing license since 2021 and she brings a warm, non-judgmental and person-centered approach to client care, grounding her practice in evidence-based medicine and whole-person wellness. Molly obtained her BSN from Villanova University before moving to Washington D.C., where she worked as a bedside RN in ICU step-down level care and later in labor and delivery. Within these specialties, she developed a deep appreciation for the profound relationship between the mind and the body, and discovered her passion for mental health care. Upon returning home to Boston, she received her MSN from Vanderbilt University while working as a bedside RN in inpatient psychiatry at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. As a PMHNP, Molly is trained in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions for clients of all ages including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, OCD, PTSD, and ADHD. She integrates lifestyle interventions, brief psychotherapy and, when appropriate, psychopharmacology to support client-driven treatment goals. Molly is deeply committed to empowering clients to achieve personal growth, resilience, and a higher quality of life. Outside of work, you can find Molly in a pilates studio, needlepointing and watching movies, reading fiction and poetry, traveling or spending time with family and friends. Molly is currently accepting new clients.
