Monalisa Churchman

Mrs. Churchman MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC was born in San Angelo, Texas and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. Mrs. Churchman has 10 years of nursing experience in various settings, with majority of experience in the cardiothoracictransplant intensive care unit at University Hospital. Mrs. Churchman has a passion for psychiatric mental health care and went on to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. She is now board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed her clinical rotations in outpatient clinics, treating a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Mrs. Churchman is a member of Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Texas.
Mrs. Churchman enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality patient care by utilizing evidence-based practice, clinical experience, and collaboration with clients.
