Nemesio Ordonez

I enjoy helping people of all ages and I am comfortable treating all severity levels of psychiatric conditions. I am double board certified by the ABPN American board of psychiatrists and neurologists in both General-Adult Psychiatry and Child-Adolescent Psychiatry. I am a medical doctor M.D. who graduated from the University of Washingtons 4-year School of Medicine program.
My psychiatric training includes a four-year residency in general psychiatry followed by a 2-year specialty fellowship in child adolescent psychiatry. My other medical experiences include completion of an internal medicine internship after medical school graduation then working for 2 years as a primary care physician prior to going back for my psychiatric specialty residency and fellowship subspecialty training.
I have experiences caring for patients of all ages, with all types of diagnoses psychiatric and medical and in all the different treatment environments possible including the inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic and partial hospitalization patient settings over my last decade working in medicine-mental health. Having served as an active-duty psychiatrist in the military, I also have experience working with active-duty service members, veterans and their families. I also have experience working with patient in rural, urban and underserved settings with patients of all socioeconomic levels.
All of the specialty training, education and extensive experience i have are the reason for how successful I have been in helping patients of all ages and a wide variety of diagnoses, but it is also why patients that come to see me are confident, comfortable and satisfied with the care they receive from me.
