Dr. Wall specializes in the field of Internal Medicine, Adolescent Medicine, Nephrology and Geriatrics. These unique specialties treat acute and complex chronic medical conditions of adults, older adults and adolescents. To master these specialties Dr. Wall first completed four years of medical school, then three years of Internal Medicine residency training, and became an Osteopathic Internist. Then, Dr. Wall completed an additional one year of extensive, advanced training in Geriatric Medicine, and two years of training in Nephrology and Hypetension diseases of the kidney to meet the clinical education requirements of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Nephrology.

Only a few doctors in the United States are fully trained in the combined specialties of Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Nephrology. It takes years of highly specialized training to manage the complex medical conditions and syndromes as an individual ages.
